Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of kitchen equipment, cutlery, and glassware to ensure they are spotless and ready for use.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the central kitchen, dining areas, and washrooms at all times.
- Assist with the washing and drying of dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using proper safety and hygiene procedures.
- Empty and sanitize trash bins and disposal areas to prevent odors and pests.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation regulations set by the company and health authorities.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a tidy workspace that promotes efficiency.
- Store cleaned items properly in designated areas to prevent contamination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail regarding hygiene standards.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from the kitchen management team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
