Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to ensure timely service for military personnel.
  • Maintain strict adherence to international food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including HACCP and specific military protocols.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing ongoing training on equipment usage, portion control, and culinary techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement for supplies, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and storage areas to ensure peak operational performance and safety compliance.
  • Oversee the quality, taste, and nutritional consistency of all menu items before they leave the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop efficient staff schedules and optimized kitchen workflows.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the culinary industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills to handle bulk food service requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions to a diverse team.
