Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs to minimize waste.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Develop and implement standard recipes and cooking procedures.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes before service.
- Handle stock ordering and manage kitchen equipment maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced pub environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus.
