Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Assist the Store Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage food costs and minimize waste.
- Execute menu development and ensure consistent plate presentation across all shifts.
- Resolve kitchen-related issues promptly to maintain seamless service during peak hours.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and quality control checks on raw and prepared ingredients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management software, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- A recognized certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety laws in the Philippines.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
