As our Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the back-of-house (BOH). You will lead, mentor, and inspire our kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish meets our rigorous quality standards while maintaining an efficient and safe workflow. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of kitchen management, and a love for island living, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all daily BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and plating standards.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and professional growth.
  • Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and minimize waste through efficient portion control.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency for every service.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in menu development and costing as needed by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced restaurant or resort kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards (HACCP certification is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume service periods.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
