Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and presented according to the company's established recipes, quality standards, and plating guidelines.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, DOH standards), conducting regular inspections of the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste through proper stock rotation and portion control.
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and prompt resolution of any customer dietary concerns or special requests.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs to meet budgeted targets.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a kitchen supervisory or senior cook role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality establishment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required (relevant experience is highly valued).
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards (ServSafe or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain budget discipline.
  • Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
