- Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Monitor food costs and ensure preparation processes align with company margins.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Assist in menu planning and the execution of special culinary events.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or Head Cook.
- Strong understanding of professional kitchen management and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and kitchen administrative tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety or equivalent culinary training preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
