Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food delivery.
- Manage and maintain a specific culinary station (Chef de Partie duties) to the highest standard.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff in cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/FSMS).
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development, recipe standardization, and food costing.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and manage ingredient ordering to minimize waste.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Handle customer feedback regarding food quality and make necessary adjustments to improve satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), Demi Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- In-depth understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
