Are you a passionate culinary professional with a deep appreciation for Nusantara cuisine? PT Selera Nikmat Nusantara is looking for an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious Pakuwon Mall Jogja. In this role, you will be the heart of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish served captures the authentic flavors of Indonesia while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated kitchen brigade, manage inventory, and guarantee a seamless dining experience for our guests. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership skills to motivate our team and uphold our reputation for culinary excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff on Nusantara recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Monitor food inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/Cleanliness guidelines).
- Supervise food preparation and service flow during peak hours to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Create and update staff duty rosters to ensure optimal coverage during all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, or Senior Cook, preferably in Indonesian/Nusantara cuisine.
- Strong understanding of professional kitchen management, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and food cost control principles.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant educational background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
