Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present cold food items including salads, appetizers, cold platters, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain proper food safety and hygiene protocols in all food preparation areas
- Monitor inventory levels of cold food items and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste
- Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and sanitized according to health standards
- Assist in menu development for cold food items when requested
- Train new kitchen staff on cold food preparation techniques and standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably with cold food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic culinary skills and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
