Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to Frankieās quality standards and recipe specifications.
- Ensure kitchen stations are kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP/Sanitation standards).
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure shift readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
