Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on all commercial kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults in cooking appliances and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize kitchen downtime and operational disruption.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards during all maintenance tasks.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to address equipment needs and optimize workflow.
- Clean and sanitize equipment after service or repair work.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certification in HVAC, Electrical Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a hospitality or large-scale commercial kitchen environment.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, mixers, and refrigeration.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Technical Vocational License (TESDA) is an advantage.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
