Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble product kits according to production schedules and detailed specifications.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Inspect incoming materials and finished kits for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to resolve material shortages and delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track kit status and update inventory records.
- Assist in the optimization of kitting processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or manufacturing is preferred.
- Previous experience in kitting, warehousing, or assembly operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies quickly.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods as required.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
