We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitting Operators to join our growing production team in Biñan, Laguna. As a Kitting Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process, primarily responsible for the assembly of precision optical products, including high-performance binoculars. You will work closely with our experienced production team to ensure that each unit meets our rigorous quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately assemble and kit optical components for binoculars in accordance with detailed work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Inspect raw materials and finished sub-assemblies to ensure adherence to strict quality and cleanliness standards.
- Utilize basic hand tools and assembly fixtures to complete kitting procedures efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous inventory records of kitted parts and report any discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets without compromising quality.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, 5S housekeeping standards, and company policies.
- Identify and communicate process improvements or potential issues in the assembly workflow.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School or Vocational Graduate preferred).
- With or without experience; however, at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or kitting environment is an advantage.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small, delicate parts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and understand basic written instructions and assembly diagrams in English.
- Physically fit to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production setting.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule if necessary.
- Must be a resident of Biñan, Laguna or willing to relocate.
