Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate knowledge management content for accuracy, consistency, and relevance against organizational standards
- Identify content gaps and inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions through collaboration with subject matter experts
- Monitor content performance metrics to identify trends and recommend quality improvement strategies
- Maintain documentation of content quality processes and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support cross-functional teams in developing content governance frameworks and best practices
- Conduct regular audits of knowledge assets to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide actionable feedback to content creators to enhance knowledge accessibility and usability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content quality management, knowledge management, or QA roles
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and quality assurance tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience working in night shift or rotational schedules
- Familiarity with call center or customer service environments preferred
- Certification in knowledge management or quality assurance is a plus
