Join PT Parahyangan Motor Perkasa as a Kolektor Toko and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. This position requires you to conduct efficient collection activities from retail stores and workshops across key West Java regions including Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Garut, Cianjur, Purwakarta, and Sukabumi. You will be responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely payments while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach to resolve payment discrepancies and foster long-term partnerships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic collection activities from assigned retail stores and workshops in designated West Java regions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure payment compliance
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through effective negotiation and communication
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and collection reports
- Monitor account statuses and proactively address potential delays in payment
- Collaborate with internal teams to update client information and payment histories
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards during all collection procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping and reporting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
- Knowledge of local geography in West Java (Tasikmalaya, Cirebon, Garut, Cianjur, Purwakarta, Sukabumi)
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company guidelines
