Bank IBK Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Korean Business Banking (Korean Desk) Account Officer to support our SME and Commercial Credit division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Korean clients, facilitating trade finance, and providing comprehensive credit solutions. We are looking for a finance professional who can bridge the gap between the Indonesian and Korean markets, ensuring the financial stability and growth of our clients' businesses.
As a member of the Korean Desk, you will be involved in the end-to-end credit process. This includes conducting in-depth credit analysis, structuring trade finance facilities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You will act as the primary liaison for Korean enterprises, offering tailored financial advice and products that meet their specific operational needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and cultivate relationships with Korean SME and Corporate clients to drive portfolio growth and retention.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment for loan applications and trade facilities.
- Structure and negotiate trade finance solutions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bill Collection, and Documentary Collections.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals, financial models, and comprehensive reports for credit committee review.
- Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively manage delinquencies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and internal risk policies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Legal, Operations, and Compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, specifically in Trade Finance or Credit Analysis.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Korean language (Native or Business Level).
- Good command of English (Business Proficiency).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements.
- Valid Banking Certificate (SIMAK) is required.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
