Are you a fluent Korean speaker with a passion for luxury retail? J-K Network Manpower Services is seeking a dedicated Korean Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Taguig City. We represent a prestigious Luxury Bed Company and are looking for a native or fluent Korean national to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued Korean clientele.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that our premium products and services meet the highest standards of satisfaction. You will act as a brand ambassador, managing client relationships, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a professional image that reflects the luxury nature of our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Korean and English.
- Provide detailed product information and luxury bed recommendations to Korean clients.
- Ensure seamless order processing and coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Korean customers to drive retention.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team for product improvement.
- Assist in upselling products and promoting special offers to existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- Nationality: Must be a Korean National.
- Languages: Fluent in Korean and conversational in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of luxury goods or home furniture is a strong plus.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Availability: Must be willing to work full-time in Taguig City.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools.
