- Provide advanced troubleshooting for enterprise applications and IT systems
- Delve technical support in Korean to Korean-speaking global clients

Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency with professional business communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in troubleshooting applications

- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or equivalent technical qualification preferred
