- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area and dining floor.
- Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage rush hours and ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 16 years old.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic proficiency in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia).
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and follow instructions carefully.
- Reliable transportation to reach the Bintulu location.
