Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve McDonald's menu items following strict quality and safety standards
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver fast, efficient service during peak periods
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen or holder of a valid work permit for Malaysia
- Minimum 16 years of age (parental consent required for minors)
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- No prior experience required; full on-the-job training is provided
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
