Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operate the POS system to take orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to McDonald's quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Work effectively as part of a team during peak hours and busy periods.
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Malaysian citizen or holder of a valid work permit for Malaysia.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- No prior work experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miri, Sarawak.
