Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service by taking orders accurately, serving food promptly, and proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare and cook food and beverages meticulously according to McDonald's strict quality, recipe, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a spotless, safe, and well-organized work environment in the kitchen, service counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) cash register system, handle cash and card payments efficiently, and balance the till at the end of shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, stocking supplies, rotating products to ensure freshness, and minimizing waste.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including proper handwashing and sanitation protocols.
- Work collaboratively as a cohesive team member during peak hours to manage high-volume customer traffic and ensure speed of service.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development sessions to master new skills and qualify for advanced positions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years (as per local statutory requirements).
- No prior work experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidate.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and a consistently positive and proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Willingness and flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods, and safely lift and carry items up to 10kg.
- Must be a reliable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
