As our KTV Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium, high-energy experience while maintaining seamless floor and staff management.

We are seeking a leader who is comfortable managing high-volume service environments, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, from staff training and inventory management to ensuring world-class service standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the KTV venue to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of service staff, servers, and front-desk personnel.
  • Monitor inventory levels, including food, beverages, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure availability and quality.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with high levels of professionalism.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and operational data to improve profitability and service efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and optimize venue occupancy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry (KTV experience is a significant plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-touch customer service.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office administrative tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the industry.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
