Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the KTV venue to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of service staff, servers, and front-desk personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels, including food, beverages, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure availability and quality.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with high levels of professionalism.
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational data to improve profitability and service efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and optimize venue occupancy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry (KTV experience is a significant plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-touch customer service.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office administrative tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by the industry.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
