Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the financial services sector, specifically focusing on their KYC and RegTech needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients' regulatory challenges and pain points, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes in APAC, particularly Malaysia, to position our solutions proactively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives and compliance leaders.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth strategy of Cambridge Advisers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, client solutions, or business development within the Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or RegTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations, CDD/EDD processes, and the global regulatory technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical and strategic mindset, capable of identifying business opportunities and crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
