As MR.DIY continues its rapid expansion across the Klang Valley and other states in Malaysia, we are looking for a dedicated L&CD, Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in enhancing our employees' skills and knowledge, ensuring our workforce is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that align with our business objectives. From onboarding new staff to organizing specialized workshops for senior management, your expertise will drive our continuous improvement culture. If you are passionate about talent development and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Learning & Development (L&CD) programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Conduct effective training sessions, including induction programs for new hires and upskilling workshops for existing staff.
  • Prepare engaging training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure measurable results.
  • Maintain accurate training records, employee development logs, and attendance reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting initial assessments and interviews.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Training Coordinator or HR role.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Malaysian citizen is a must.
