Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, business applications, and end-user hardware.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with VPN and Wi-Fi configurations.
- Document all technical resolutions accurately in the Knowledge Base and ticketing portal.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory/Office 365.
- Coordinate with L2 and L3 support teams for complex issues requiring escalation.
- Ensure all company IT policies and security standards are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common hardware components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule or rotational shifts as required.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and grow within the IT infrastructure space.
