We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join a dynamic project-based team. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor cloud infrastructure health and performance metrics across AWS and Azure environments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues, including network connectivity, system access, and application errors.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets in a timely manner, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and DevOps teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
- Document technical procedures, maintain accurate logs, and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and configuration updates on cloud resources.
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Cloud Support roles.
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure services is essential.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VPNs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project-based team structure.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
