Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently and effectively

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support staff
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and hardware components

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
