Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor system performance, network alerts, and hardware health to ensure optimal uptime.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and rapid incident response for internal and external users.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment, servers, and network devices.
- Log, track, and escalate support tickets using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Assist senior engineers in deploying new IT infrastructure and software configurations.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
