Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on IT hardware, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve Level 1 technical issues reported by end-users, including hardware failures and connectivity problems.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair activities to minimize system downtime.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of computer systems and related software.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and incidents.
- Provide clear, concise technical support and guidance to internal staff regarding system usage.
- Collaborate with higher-level engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or Field Maintenance roles.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and standard troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
