Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, system performance, and security incidents
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Document all support activities using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with detailed technical documentation
- Conduct user training on system usage and security protocols
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance tasks
Kualifikasi
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or service desk role
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
