Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain Java application infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents using root cause analysis techniques
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and system enhancements
- Document technical procedures and maintain comprehensive knowledge base
- Perform regular health checks and capacity planning for Java applications
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support coverage
- Automate monitoring scripts and deployment processes for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of Java application support experience
- Proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic) and databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and incident management systems
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or cloud platforms preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
