Tanggung Jawab
- Provide second-level application support for SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes
- Collaborate with L1 support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Assist in SAP system upgrades, patch implementations, and testing
- Train end-users on SAP functionality and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP application support experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and integration points
- Proficiency in SAP Basis administration and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- SAP certification (preferred) or equivalent technical certifications
