Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across data environments
- Implement and enforce security protocols for data infrastructure protection
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and recovery operations
- Document technical procedures and maintain infrastructure documentation
- Collaborate with L3 engineers to resolve escalated technical incidents
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for data systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in data infrastructure support or system administration
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis methodology
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, etc.) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
