Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot complex network issues in a 24x7 shift environment with rapid resolution SLAs
- Collaborate with security teams to implement network protection protocols and compliance measures
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports using ITIL best practices
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support cross-departmental IT initiatives
- Optimize network resources through capacity planning and performance tuning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering with 24/7 operational exposure
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, and switching/routing technologies
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in shift rotations
- Experience with network automation and virtualization technologies (SDN, NFV)
