Join Nanyang Tech as an L2 Onsite Engineer and become a vital part of our IT support team. In this 6-month contract position, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive end-user and IT infrastructure support as part of the Resident Engineer (RE) function. As an L2 Onsite Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high levels of system availability and user satisfaction. You'll work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, while also participating in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff when required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical users
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate are preferred
