Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain Java-based production environments to ensure optimal system performance and availability
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple application layers
- Collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions for recurring problems
- Document incident reports, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support for critical incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Java production support or L1/L2 technical support roles
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Dynatrace) and log management systems
- Experience with database technologies (MySQL, Oracle) and web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays for critical issues
