Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide second-level technical support for hardware and software refresh projects
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues including hardware failures, software conflicts, and network connectivity problems
  • Coordinate deployment and configuration of new IT equipment including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network devices
  • Document all support activities, maintain detailed records, and update knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with L1 support teams to ensure efficient issue escalation and resolution
  • Conduct pre-deployment testing and post-implementation validation
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices and organizational security protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support with hardware refresh exposure
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, macOS, and network troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of hardware components, peripherals, and connectivity solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management knowledge
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
