Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance
- Implement automation tools and scripts for system deployment and configuration management
- Troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues and coordinate incident response activities
- Perform regular security assessments and implement compliance controls for cloud environments
- Collaborate with development teams to design scalable cloud architectures and solutions
- Document system configurations, processes, and runbooks for knowledge transfer
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and participate in capacity planning
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in cloud system administration or engineering
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and cloud networking concepts
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or relevant security credentials
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and ITIL processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
