Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure environments
- Provide Level 2 technical support for system and network incidents
- Implement and manage cloud automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Document system configurations, processes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and disaster recovery standards
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of experience in cloud system administration
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of network protocols and virtualization technologies
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
