- Architect and implement end-to-end Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune solutions for global enterprise clients
- Lead transformation projects to modernize legacy environments and optimize cloud infrastructure
- Design and execute security frameworks to protect against evolving cyber threats
- Provide L3 technical support for critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact performance optimizations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Conduct regular health checks and capacity planning for MSP client environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of L3 technical support experience in MSP or enterprise environments
- Expert-level certifications in Azure (AZ-104/305), Microsoft 365 (MS-100/102), and Intune
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud architectures
- Proven track record leading complex Microsoft transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting critical infrastructure issues
- Experience with security frameworks (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Conditional Access)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across global teams
