- Monitor and maintain network performance across enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN environments
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure solutions
- Ensure network security through vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Optimize network configurations for cloud integration and hybrid architectures
- Document network changes, procedures, and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network migration projects
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning activities
- Lead network incident management and root cause analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering
- Expert knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP)
- CCNP/JNCIP or equivalent advanced certifications required
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei equipment
- Proficiency in network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong understanding of cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with network monitoring solutions (SolarWinds, PRTG)
