In this critical role, you will act as the final tier of technical escalation, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of complex enterprise applications.
You will work closely with development squads, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure teams to diagnose root causes of production incidents, implement permanent fixes, and optimize system architecture. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who thrives in high-pressure environments and is passionate about automation, proactive monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical service levels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level (L3) technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for complex production environments.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring production issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global development teams to transition new features into production with operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to streamline manual support tasks and reduce MTTR.
- Actively monitor system performance, capacity, and health, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact end-users.
- Manage deployment cycles and configuration changes across multi-environment infrastructures.
- Document technical processes, knowledge base articles, and incident reports to ensure team alignment and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production support, systems engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in SQL and database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) for complex query analysis.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and high-latency application stacks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
