Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT incidents and escalations.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and improve system reliability.
- Perform routine system audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
- Ensure business continuity plans are up to date and operational during critical incidents.
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in L3 IT Engineering or Network Administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and routing.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet).
- Solid understanding of server administration (Windows Server and Linux).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a US Time Zone environment.
