Are you an experienced systems expert looking to make an impact in a dynamic global enterprise? Lenovo PCCW Solutions is seeking a highly skilled L3 Windows Administrator to join our infrastructure team in Bangsar South. In this mission-critical role, you will serve as the final point of escalation for complex Windows Server environments, ensuring the highest standards of availability, performance, and security for our clients.
As an L3 Administrator, you will not only resolve intricate technical incidents but also contribute to the architectural design, automation, and optimization of our Windows ecosystem. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure situations and possesses a deep understanding of Microsoft server technologies and cloud integration.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical lead for escalated L3 Windows Server incidents, providing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) across physical and virtual platforms.
- Implement and manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and DNS/DHCP infrastructure.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee patch management, system hardening, and security compliance to protect critical server assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows platforms with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams to improve first-call resolution.
- Participate in emergency on-call rotation and disaster recovery planning exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Windows Server administration in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, and Windows Server performance tuning.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving authentication, network connectivity, and system instability.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
