Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and prepare raw material and finished product samples for routine testing.
- Conduct physical and chemical analyses of food products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory findings, ensuring all documentation complies with food safety protocols.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor laboratory inventory and request replenishment of chemicals and supplies as needed.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team in identifying and troubleshooting issues during the production process.
- Ensure the laboratory environment is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety/hygiene standards (GMP/HACCP).
- Prepare reports on test results for management review on a daily or weekly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing laboratory setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel for data logging.
