Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain laboratory equipment for mechanical, civil, and chemical engineering applications
- Implement and enforce laboratory safety protocols and procedures
- Provide technical support to students and faculty during laboratory sessions
- Develop and update laboratory manuals and standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist in research projects by preparing experiments and analyzing data
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and repair services
- Train students and staff on proper laboratory techniques and equipment usage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory management or engineering support role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations
- Experience with pilot plant operations and engineering equipment
- Proficiency in technical documentation and laboratory procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
