Are you passionate about cutting-edge wellness, medical science, and hospitality? Omni Wellness Club is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Manager to lead our state-of-the-art wellness and diagnostic laboratory in the vibrant heart of Badung, Bali.
As the Lab Manager, you will bridge the gap between medical diagnostics and premium hospitality. You will oversee daily lab operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and client service. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the wellness diagnostic laboratory.
- Perform and oversee clinical laboratory testing, including blood panels, IV therapy preparation, and wellness assessments.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Enforce strict compliance with local medical, health, and safety standards (Kemenkes regulations).
- Manage inventory, order laboratory reagents, and control clinical consumables supply chains.
- Deliver and interpret diagnostic data accurately to support wellness consultants and clients.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive quality control and quality assurance programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field.
- Valid Indonesian professional registration/license (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality control (QC) procedures and safety protocols.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with our international clientele.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with preventative medicine, anti-aging therapies, or wellness clinic environments is a strong advantage.
