As a Spa Therapist at Balquisse Heritage Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional body treatments and massage therapies that align with our high standards of service. You will work in a serene environment designed to provide guests with a restorative escape from the everyday. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Balinese, Swedish, and Deep Tissue treatments.
- Execute professional body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and facials according to hotel protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to identify their specific needs and medical contraindications.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common spa areas.
- Promote and upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional hotel services to guests.
- Manage spa inventory and ensure all treatment supplies are adequately stocked and prepared.
- Provide detailed explanations of wellness benefits associated with different treatments.
- Ensure all guest feedback is handled professionally and shared with management for service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end resort setting.
- Certified in Massage Therapy or a related wellness field from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various body treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English to interact with international guests.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a calm, patient, and professional demeanor.
- High standards of personal grooming and hygiene consistent with luxury hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform multiple treatments throughout a full shift.
